I sat around last night trying to figure out what was more ridiculous. Is it illegal immigrants and their families demanding a right to break the laws of a country that they are not citizens of, or is it French students protesting a change in law that would give them job opportunities and lower unemployment?
Crazy stuff. At least the police in L.A. will cite students for being truant. Ha!
I see that Ask Jeeves is now just Ask. They fired Jeeves! Boy was busting his ass for them and they canned him without a thought. Sad.
The days seem to be flying on by now. Won't be long until I have a nice cold beer in one hand and a glass of Maker's Mark in the other. In fact, we I get into a bar, I may just order 1 bourbon, 1 scotch, and 1 beer. Or maybe I will stay in and just drink an entire bottle of Makers. I guess I will cross that bridge when I come to it. Once March is over, it is all downhill from there.
If you have the chance, go visit Easycure. He is raising money to help beat cancer. I met Easy last year in Vegas at the blogger tourney when I knocked him out. Got his bounty of a poker chip with an "M" on it. I take that chip with me to all tournies. When I need just a bit of luck, it always comes through. He is a great guy with a big heart. Go visit him, and if you can, make a donation. You will feel better for it. Just tell him StB sent you and I will try not to knock him out of the next tournament.

Funny how the immigrants protest our laws while wearing a Mexican flag wrapped around them. If they want to use that flag they should turn left and head back home.
If you stay home, we will find you.
I don't get that either. They are waving flags of other countries as they want to be able stay in the US. Makes no sense but then again I never thought they were bright to begin with.
At least you can have a peaceful night at home... Dayum I'm out of JD.... BTW SWAT was looking for you in my yard again!! (read my blog to get the point of this comment.. lol)
I want to send a mission to Mexico that takes over a town, forces them to enact bilingual education, all news in spanish and english, and let us wave the American flag every Fouth of July, too. And we'll call ourselves American-mexican's too. Cater to us!
