Ladies and gentlemen, the Beatles!
Listening to the Beatles can be quite relaxing. Sit back, play some poker, and listen to John and Paul sing. Feels good.
When the disc is done (Disc 2 of the Beatles 1962-1966) I will go the other extreme and listen to In Flames. From Beatles to Leeches. That is like walking down a hill and then turning around to sprint up that hill.
Aleta, I have cleaned off the bar stool. No more dust. You want a new picture? The funny part is I have a cleaning person who hadn't cleaned the stool. What the hell do I pay her for?
In a strange conversation I had with Sir Al, he is insisting I not drink until after Easter. The guy who says I am crazy for giving up booze for Lent in the first place now says I have to go 3 more days. WTF? Sundown, Holy Thursday is end of Lent for Roman Catholics. Sundown is scheduled for 7:32. That is when I intend to be having a beer. Nuff said.
Of course I have considered observing sundown at the Vatican. That would be 6, 7 hours earlier? Hey, if it is good enough for the Pope, it is good enough for me. I bet he has been enjoying beer lately.
